Thursday, March 7, 2013. Weight and Inches Lost from Fit February. I feel really successful with the month of February. I had at least 30 minutes of exercise at least 3 days a week, and tried to be as close as possible to my goal calorie intake on My Fitness Pal. There were some days where I could treat myself to a 90 cal. mini ice cream sandwich because I was still under my goal.
